How Can I Remove the Trojan.Agent/Gen-Falcomp

I was so distraught with this Trojan.Agent/Gen-Falcomp. It came to my computer without any sign. I can’t find anything harmful on my computer. I have done several scans by using my anti-virus program, it detected this Trojan but it just can’t remove this nasty stuff. Is there any efficient way to get rid of this Trojan? I just want my computer back to normal. Please help!
