3. Turn on firewall on Windows

Click on the Start menu and typewindows firewallin the search box.
Pick the Windows Firewall option that pops up in the search results.
In the left sidebar, click Turn Windows Firewall On or Off.
In the General tab, click the on (recommended).

5: Reset your IE

a) Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.

b) In the Internet Options window click on the Advanced tab. Then click on the Restore Defaults button and then press OK.
